Transfer of funds from pyapal

I am having a balance of $3 in my paypal account and I wish to transfer the amount to my friends' account with paypal. Please discuss in detail any mylotter who knows well, about the procedure to be followed and the charges if any to be paid for that. I am from India and my friend is also from India. Mylotters please discuss in very very detail

Friend, It is not a very big work, you can goto send money section and put your friends paypal id and send the payment how much you want! that's all, your friend will get the amount within a second! No charges for transfer the money between two personal account! it is fully free! all the best!

Thanks for your participation. Your explanation very clear and in full. I am from India, I want to know what is the charges to get back the balance from paypal account to my Indian bank account. In faq it is mentioned upto Rs.7000/- it is Rs.50/- and beyond that it is zero. Whereas many people are saying that the minimum charges paypal will be deducting is US$ 4. If it is so than Rs.200 will be deducted from my account. I am having a balance of USD 7, and if I want to get back the same to my Indian Bank account what will be the charges I have to pay, could you clearly tell me about that

Friend! Dont worry, Paypal charging only 50/-. if you withdraw more than 7000/- it is free! the withdrawal amount will reach your account within four days!

My dear friend mylotter ponvendan, I wish to know if I am withdrawing USD 5 then whether I will be getting Rs.200/- to my bank account in India if USD rate is Rs.50/- per USD. Paypal to Paypal is to totally free. We are only being charged if we withdraw cash using your debit card, and charges may differ on what currency we use.
Based on my experience, it takes 3 business days after online withdrawal before the money will appear on the debit card account balance.

I have withdrawn money to my credit card. They charge for that. I think it´s $5 or something like that.
But when you buy with paypal, I haven´t been charged at all.
