what to get a special friend for her 40th birthday??

i have a very close firend who is 40 in a couple of weeks and i am stumped at what to get her? she doesnt really wear jewelery. she has been an amazing friend and so want to get something special also it is a special birthday so want something really special. she doesnt like being pampered as i thought of one of those weekend pampering breaks. she doesnt have much free time as she works full time and has 3 children. any ideas??? please help!!

Would you maybe be able to babysit for her 3 children for a short time so she can go out and have some fun. Or find someone else to babysit so the two of you can go out?
Try a photo of the two of you and a nice frame maybe? Or something relaxing she can do in her little free time? Maybe a book?
