Good pay or enjoyable work environment?

I know that it is more important that you enjoy the work that you have, even though you are not contented with your salary. But in this current economic situation I think having a good pay/high salary is the most important thing. Because good pay/high salary is equals to SURVIVAL! Happy MyLotting!

Certainly, I prefer to a job which is good paid and enjoyed. It is better to comply with your hobbies. However, it is hard to find the offer like this. If you can find, you are lucky.

Before Recession I was liking to work in a great work environment , But now I am least bothered of work environment , I prefer a big fat salary lol.

if i i have enough money to feed myself. i will choose a enjoy work. although that will not pay me many money. but i can learn a lot from the work . i also want to do that .every one is very good . if you want good ,you will good.and i cna enjoy the progress from my work. that will teach me a lot of person's reason.

I think people need a balance between high salary with high pressure and relatively low paycheck with relaxing environment. But because the financial crisis happend in the whole world, there is no many relaxing jobs. For keeping our current life level, maybe we have to endure those tiring jobs just because of relatively high salary.

When it come to job, I'll better choose work environment and that's where I am now. I've been experienced working in Bank which in the Center of the City but it's feel me uncomfortable. Reasons are traffic, boring, working area is limited, strict, and a year's to come that you're working under the shade. I hate it, I'm like in prison or inside the cave that never see the sun.... Now, salaries not big but I'd love my work as a high school teacher.

I think you have to be happy in your job, if you have to spend so much time there, you only live once so you should enjoy as much of the time you can...

Well i think i prefer a good working environment as for pay i think if i work they are obviously going to pay me as per my hardwork. so it will make me satisfied as the pay will surely come into my hand and i am going to enjoy my work.because if i dont have a proper working environment i might not be sticking to the job even if they are paying me more than anywere else. i need good people, smiling and cheerful faces and lovely work atmosphere to work happily even under high loads and long hours.

I want a job that I enjoy. I agree with you that it pays more than a paycheck when I enjoy the job I am doing. Being happy in my job can make my life stress free. Which is I think more important.

i think a job that you truly enjoy will make you stay with the company longer but we need a high paying job to live ...... Personally as long as you enjoy what you are doing even if it not a high paying job is more than enough rather than having a high paying job but youcant sleep thinking of your job even at home can make your life shorter than you think ....
