We need to stand together for US jobs! As of 05/01/09 Virgin Mobile USA will no longer be routing calls to AYS US customer service reps so if the overseas agents break your last nerve please contact them @ the contact us link here: Virgin Mobile Public Relations Department
pr@virginmobileusa.com or tell them we want people we can understand & understand us.
Sorry just a vent here b/c I didn't even get a ramp down period just a clean cut from the line w/ no warning.
Keep Jobs in the USA!!! If not Boycott Virgin mobile there's many alternatives to prepay phone service. H.ELL I even had one just to be loyal even thought I have a contract phone-what a dummy I turned out to be. But be sure to cancel it

There are alot of companies that have taken the customer service overseas. Even when the overseas service reps speak english it is still hard to understand them. If people actually complained, or stopped the service then the companies might think twice about taking the jobs overseas, but until enough people get tired of it the only thing we can do is to continue asking for someone we can understand.
