The exact anatomy of the myocardial blood vessels vary from person to person.A full evaluation of the coronary arteries requiers cardiac catherization or Ct coronary angiography.In general there are two main coronay arteries, the left and the right. Both of the arteries(Right coronary and Left coronary arteries) orginate from the begining of the aorta, immediately above the aortic valves.The left coronary arteries orginate from the left coronay sinus , while the right coronary artery arises from the right aortic sinus.
