what do you do when you feel sad?

When i feel sad i usually go into my room and closes the door, so that i can be alone and think about the matter clearly what do you do

I like to get out in the open air .. have a short walk and think of all the good things around me ..

Well, when I am upset I usually sit alone or listen to music or try to get busy since I want myself to get distracted from my worries and problems.Listening to music alone makes me feel better.Also, I will call up one of my close friend and talk.This sure makes me feel better.Have a nice day my friend!

i 'll go out somewhere and breathe air. people who are sad needs more space and air or else you'll lose your temper and do something that you'll regret soon. as long as there is mylot, i won't be that so sad.

I sit and listen to some of my favourite music, while playing undemanding games on the internet.

When I'm sad I just stay quiet then I think until I get tired doing it. Then I go to sleep wishing that tomorrow I can move on already and accepted what had happened.

Most of the time I'll go for a walk. I walk until I get tired or begin thinking of something happier. If I can't walk, I'll play some soothing classical music and later, switch over to some peppy, happy music. If I really feel sad and can't feel better on my own, I'll call a friend to talk with or else go for a visit. Being with other people always helps.

Don't dwell on what or why you are sad! The more you think about it, the sadder and more depressed you will get. Think of all the good things in your life and all the good people you know and love and then you'll start to feel better and more positive. If you have to, have a good cry, then wipe away your tears, blow your nose and go out and face life again. You can do it! Stay positive!!!
