Pet owners - Why do you leave your DOG in the car for hours with the window

cracked? Why not leave them at home in the yard so they can run free? They say pet owners treat their pets like kids. I would not leave my kid in the car. Thats child abuse. I was just curious why people do this? Seems a little cruel to the dog.

I agree with you what also ticks me off is when they keep thier dogs tied up in thier yard on a short lead
