It happened to me when I joined in karate. It really hurts I swear and I can't walk properly. In addition, I can't bent my knees easily it really hurts. My goodness. But I still continue to attend the session eventhough it still hurts. It's because I believe that my muscles are not used to do extreme exercises so I need to train more so I can get used to it. If you think you can still go on then go but if not it's better if you just take a rest first. ^_^ Good luck to your kickboxing ",

According to don't quit and be regular at first you may face pain due to the irregularity in schedule and since your body is not familiar with that but later you feel better since its your first class that's why you feel such pain but don't quit and be regular even when you are in pain....that makes you stronger and better.

Good day, poppoppop111. Well, in your first time at gym, you must not give all your energy. That will give you pain. You should start only a workout using few parts of your body. You can do full workout when your activity was regular and you have adapted into it. I hope that this might help you, happy mylotting...=)
