For me, as a Filipino, i would choose APL since we are of the same country. He may not be as good as will.i.am but he surely can dance and rock the whole crowd. He may also not be as appealing as taboo but he can be when needed. So which of the four is your pick?

I pick Fergie. She is a hot hot hot lady. Her voice is sexy, special and catchy. I like listening to her songs. She is a really awesome singer. She is not just my favorite member in Black Eyed Peas. Also she can be my favorite singer.

First is FERGIE, then close next would be Pinoy's pride, APL and then Will.i.am then last would be taboo.I just don't feel him.
