I cannot believe this, Before lowing weight was just a simple thing to do during my teenage years and now I'm 24, it simply looks like Im having difficulty. How? well obviously proper diet is a must means eating veggies and not skipping meals. eat fruits no junkies, colas... lastly, sleeping early... 7-8 hours sleep... enough sleep which is the hardest as I got college this summer and means I have to stay up a bit late until I finish revising for the quizzes the next day.. It is true, eating properly and keeping yourself hydrated and everything won't make you lose weight according to your goals if you are deprived.. Improper sleeping habits can slow down my metabolism more and tendency is I'll eat more, unaware! I have made decisions and I am pushing it.. Before going to this lowing weight thing again, I had a look on forums, and find out about pills that other girls who wants shed few pounds. I bought this pill and took 2 pills(bfast and dinner) on the first day and today is my 2nd. I only took it this morning as I have college tomorrow and dont want to have a hassle with the side effects. Side effects? yes, bowel movement with oily stool.. Adding to that, I eat moderately and cutting from colas, caffeine.. Im taking green tea, herbal and sometimes black tea with low fat milk.. Tomorrow I might have to go get some fruits and more veggies. Im hoping to shed few inches from my waist and hopefully few kilos in my weight at the end of the week..

I have to push through my loosing weight. Hey friend, I might be missing something here but it sounds like ur doing very well with ur weight loss all accept for one thing. You need to be exercising too...... Almost every weight loss program out there try to encourage people to exercise but most of us hate it........ doing just 30 mins. of exercise a day will help you to reach faster weight loss results.......... Staying focused is the key, Ur only 24 so you still have plenty of time to get it under control....... Good luck 2 U!

Ya, doing stuffs and strict training regiments in exercises to sweat it out and also yoga for meditation or weight loosing things can help us in less time to loose much weight!!

WHy do u have to resort to taking all those pills?? They are of not much use as there's a limit whereby u can lose with those pills.. ON top of that, they will cause u to dehydrate instead.. Proper weight loss programme consist of both diet and exercises.. Both are meant to be together and cant do without each other.. There's no fast way to losing weight.. If there are really any, u will soon put back more than what u have lost initially.. Green tea and black tea are good for your body as it cleanses your system.. Fruits and salads is a must for your diet, but u need protein as wel.. Protein will keep u full, plus they wont be converted into fats which in turned be stored in your body ^_^

oh yes yes.. I forgot to add.. more chicken for my tummy.. Im only taking the pills when I eat fried food. I may be on diet and everything but sometimes I cant find for other food served by my mother. They sometimes fry chicken or fish.. So its like every other day consumption of the pill and planning to take it only once a day.

Oily stuff are not as bad as long as u dun eat too much of it.. Drinking of green tea will be good enough to help in clearing all those oil in your system ^_^

Hey mz_Ira! I think that at the age of 24 you are way too consumed with your weight! You are only 24 years old! You still have a fast metabolism and you really shouldn't be worrying about your weight so young! What are you going to do when you hit 30 or 40 when your metabolism will start to slow down? Stop obsessing and start living and enjoying your life! You are way too young to be thinking about all this dieting! It is not healthy and you need to be healthy to get through school! Start eating healthier if you must and stop worrying about dieting while you are in the middle of school! You need to only worry about school right now! One thing at a time and school is more important!

I am just too worried.. my metabolism has totally gone slow.. I just cannot think of anything.. Despite my situation, this is i know i can do for now..It's like I eat 5 spoonful then I instantly increase weight.. absurd isnt!.. anyways,the pill helps me release toxins from my body. It also helps fats that cannot be used by my body and left with is calories that is enough for my body to use... This will help me plus the proper diet to keep my metabolism working..

you also need to exercise. you'll need a lot of discipline when it comes to losing some pounds naturally. just make your own routine based from what you have read from different forums and try your best to follow your routine and maybe after a month or two, you'll lose some pounds. don't intake pills or anything just lose pounds the natural way. just my opinion though.

Tzaddi is right. You just have to be patient dear. There is really no shortcuts to losing weights. It takes time. My trainers always remind me that, "Rome wasn't built in one day." The same goes to weight loss. Exercise Regularly + Eat Right + Get Enough Sleep. You'll be on your way to losing those excess pounds.

I don't think that the pills thing is a good idea. First, you gotta worry about the side effects, both short term and long term. Since you're in this healthy eating process, I suggest that you include exercise in your lifestyle. If you don't have time to go to the gym or engage in sports, run for 30 minutes everyday. That's going to be a lot of help. Goodluck!

Ive been wanting to go to gym but I only know fitness first here but then wouldnt want to go somewhere a bit crowded.. I just want somewhere there's less people.. I really know how you feel. I have gained so much pounds because of my medications like prednisone due to my SLE or Sytemic Lupus Erythematosus. But i have now been taking this chinese pill for almost one year now and I have no problem with my bowel movement. The effect it gives me is just not wanting to eat. It instructs me to take it twice a day but I only take it once a day because if i take two pills a day, i can bare without eating the whole day and i don't like it. i just drink lots of fluids and i really lose weight. I don't have stomach aches and regularly removes bowel that are not oily. i have tried even those slimming teas which really aches my tummy. Honestly, all this pill does is make me eat less and that's so great. I am so happy with this pill and i just buy it here near our mall. and despite my illness, it really has no side effect.

I have been in the pursuit of how to lose weight because my body is kind of easy for the body fat, but eat these products I support, in particular, have side effects, so that poor physical function, and easy to rebound. I insisted on doing yoga and eating natural foods.

Make your life more regular,and take the food stuff with lower calolit.. If more calolit taken once,then twice the exceises.Frankly,the pills will be of some help sometimes,but with the sied effects we do not know thouroughly. The body is a machanism,and let it be.......

Yes, as we age, it becomes harder and harder to lose weight. But I think it is better to lose weight the natural way which is proper diet and exercise and not rely on pills or use them at all. Exercise 3 times a week for an hour or so. Eat brown rice, fruits, veggies, and chicken. No junk food or cakes. Drink green tea, skim milk, and lots of water. Give it a month or two and you will see the weight loss :)

oh dear i am sorry t o hear that .that is the ways u want to lose your weight.listen to u just do some more sports any sports is ok.like running in the morning.like dance anyway do any sports u can to do.and remember eat less ,i have an intersting advice why don you paste a thin beautiful wowan and a fat ugly woman on u own refrigerator then when u get take some food,u heart have a voice to tell u donot eat so much,or u will become this ugly woman.i think that u did not want to eat so much. just keep it ,i think u will be sucess Ruby

Hi mz_Ira, me also right now trying to lose my baby fat since it looks to stay there forever after give birth...well, you could try to drink chinese tea but i think in order to lose weight..we need to be patient. go slowly and enjoy life and not to worry too much... you go girl!!!
