dhoni s batting

i have been complaining about this batting style of dhoni ever since he became captain.told many time that just because our previous captain,dravid,is known for his defensive techniques doesnt necessarily means he has play like dravid it is ungaitly to see him bat like this.can somebody tell him that he got other players who can bat like dravid to steady the team and show what a power house he is. the dhoni i am seeing now is not the one i loved to see bat.

In the starting days of his International cricket career he used to play attacking style. like eveytime he tries to hit a six or four. And that's why he become more popular. but in this days he is consantrating on this average only. He is not playing upto his standerds.

Ya there is lot of change in his batting after he became captain, before he used to score in boundaries only with strike rates of more than 100 in one dayers too. after he has become the captain now he just seems to score in singles with odd boundaries.. but strike rate is still good.. ya it irritates when one look for singles and twos in depth overs which he seem doing more oftenly nowdays..lol
