I feel it is not possible to reach the minimum payout level in rupeemail in our lifetime without any referrals. If anyone who is contesting may please come out with the strategies.

Yes! it is not possible to reach the minimum payment level in our lifetime.If you get a referral everyday, perhaps it is possible.Thanks.
