My ISP blocked all VOIP software. the change there Filtering style now they filter the port for SIP protocal. many proxy bypass software are notworking exept Hot spot sheild. but its dam slow and to much disconnection. any body out there with other sloution. Tor, Ultra, ispeed, hopster already tested..
