I didnt do anything wrong, or did peoples rank the - on me? Why did this happen?? Its not fair because I always put the + even tho they dont post the response that im looking for, but I do because I dont want anyone doing that to me. Does anyone know?

That happened to me a long time ago I used to have a ten! Then stupid me went into political discussions, there's a lot of hard core right wingers here. Well needless to say all of a sudden I went to a seven!! LOL1! Now I stay out of political discussions and am slowly crawling my way back up the ladder, and it takes along time to regroup. I know from experience! tdemex

myLot prunes threads once or twice a week or whenever topics are reported. The bad thing is that if you replied to a discussion and went on your merry way you might not know if it turned into a flamefest or if someone added something that violated the TOS. I usually avoid the controversial topics because all it takes is a couple of bad posts and it will get erased. It does suck that your post count drops but if it is any consolation, it happens to everyone at some point in time.

Well, The number beside your name is basically how many "new" discussions you have replied to. When the number goes down either your post specifically was deleted by the admins OR the whole discussion was deleted by the admins. You could try and contact the mylot admins to ask why the number went down so drastically but otherwise carry on but make sure you aren't responding to discussions (or making responses) that are obviously breaking mylot rules.

Interesting...I've only noticed mine go up for only one response per discussion that i respond to...not for if i respond under someone elses response after or for a new discussion i start...but to be honest I'd go more off what you say myklj than myself cause i know you've been around alot longer than me! (plus i dont pay that much attention to the numbers other than knowing responding to a response like i am now doesnt make the number go up!)
