some peeps have such a problem with sweating that it gets to be a really embarrassing problem that they have to deal with on a daily basis. as you go older, you'll notice that you sweat more. you'll also notice that you stink a lot more when you sweat, even for girls. if you really don't have your regular hygiene, even your smelly dog that eats its own poop won't come near you. well, i have a friend that sweats a lot, even in his palms and soles. we often teased him that gets lots of money because of that. here in our place there's a belief that if you sweat in your palms and soles, youll acquire some bucks for that time. i know it sounds silly, i don't believe it either. well, excessive sweating is believed to be genetic. there's no way to avoid that. the only protection against bad body odor is to maintain daily hygiene. how about you?

I personally don't think that I do. I really don't. I think that it's more my fiance, who sweats. He sweats a lot more than I do. And I mean a lot more.

Yeah if you are really bothered by it you can consult a doctor about it since there are cases that it is not normal anymore that you sweat. They perform this minor operation on the parts of the body where you sweat a lot.

Dear friend, In my case I do rarely sweat until I be in the sun a bit or hot is more or either I do any physical exercises. In normal case I do not sweat much. But I could see those irritations on other people who sweat very soon. Even though when I sweat I do feel its discomfort. May be there are body powders that could help to prevent sweating. Moreover I hope drinking water could help to maintain a better health while sweating.

Well, sweating is a lot these that occurs to me as the temperature this year in the summer has taken a huge toll on us in our country. But as I am distant traveller inorder to go to my college daily that too in sometimes crowded trains, it is normal for me to sweat. But to avoid that from sticking all day long, I just bath as soon I am home again to beat the heat!!

Oh my god do I, it is really gross. Even when I am not really hot or it isn't hot at all outside I am sweating. I try to wear dark colored shirts because it shows the damage a lot less. Not to sound conceited but even though I do sweat a lot it doesn't stink. I think it is because of my diabetes. The doctor told me that my sweat gland is more productive with my higher sugars because the insulin has doesn't produce and break down as much. I am not sure, but it sounds like a good excuse to me..it sounds better than well nope I am just a sweat hog :)

Yeah I inherited my sweating from my dad, lol. Use to sweat so much before i went out on a night out after my bath that by the time we got to second pub i was already starting to hum, pretty embarassing, your friends catch a whiff and they think you haven't got washed to go out. Use a prescription strength deoderant now called driclor, just under the arms and it's virtually eliminated all my sweating and got rid of the stink that goes with it. Takes a bit of getting use to as it irritated the hell out of my skin. But it is definately worth it. Haven't used in on my palms or feet yet but probably not a bad idea.

i barely sweat at all and i have oftened wondered if that is good or not. in a way i am glad that i do not sweat alot. my husband and son both do and profusely. their hair is soaked with sweat in minutes if they exert themselves in even slightly warm weather. perhaps i do not exert myself enough.

Well my body is perfect in producing sweat. My sweat will always be proportional to the work I do.I never get excess sweat while playing or while doing any other work. But getting sweat is also one of the important function of our body..Because sweating will remove all the dirt and cleans the pores of our skin. And also sweat keeps our skin fresh and keeps it away from wrinkles and dark circles near our eyes..But it is also important to clean the sweat on our skin,or else it may lead to rashes. In our country, there are so many commercial products, who promote themselves as the best in getting rid of irritation caused by sweat..But just cleaning our skin immediately will keep it healthy... Keep sweating!!!and Keep mylotting!!

personally i don't think i sweat a lot but i do think that over-perspiration is disgusting because of that i tend to over-use deodorant and i kind of have a strong fragrance-y scent but its not like those old people who wear those sort of perfume that really wreaks, you get me? and that saying of yours if that were the actual case i wouldn't mind sweating buckets full then. if only life was that easy... god bless you and your family. cheers love.

I sweat quite a bit. I am a guy though but sometimes I feel that it can be very embarrassing. My wife mentions it quite a bit, but I do not think that it is a very serious problem. I use deodorant though, but it seems that my armpits will still sweat. My wife doesn't really sweat the same way that I do, but quite honestly there is nothing I can do about it.

oooh yes, sweat pours from me just sitting rofl. Im not over weight or anything it just happens lol. Sweat is unavoidable unless you rub deodorant over every pore of your body every single day. I mean you should try not to feel self conious about sweat just label it as something your body does to get rid of excess materials. I don't care if im sweaty ill just get a shower or go swimming . both good solutions. in otherwords. Your gonna sweat for life. lol
