It depends on where the shoe is bothering you at and where you might be getting hurt from it. If you are getting a rash or some sort of something from the shoe and its on the inside of your foot then more than likely you are working with your feet in and you should practice walking around your house or where ever you like and watch yourself walk. Another idea is where ever your shoe is bothering you at put some lambs wool there and you can purchase this at arts and crafts stores and that should also help you.
