Where can I download DS roms?

I'm looking for the DS rom for 'Pheonix Wright Ace Attorney', and other game in this series, anyone have got any idea where can I download it?
Currently I'm using iDeas emulator and sad to say, the audio quality is really terrible, so is there any recommendation?

Just a question..
Is this illegal?
I mean, you're not exactly buying the game, and it's just like pirating movies or downloading music.... Please clarify if I'm wrong.

It should be considered as legal in a sense. Majority of these games' rom are usually out and available online for downloading only after their copyrights period have expired.
I am not too sure about it myself.

I agree that Emulation sucks!! Either the visual or audio quality are bad, sometimes both are horrible.. =_=
Unfortunately, I don't own a DS, so I've got to bear with the bad quality I'm getting to play the games that I like.

but since you need points to download roms (you dont need to buy them) you can also try
