When 6.30 PM Relationship Get Older?

Falling in love is great at any age. When you love someone who is significantly older than you, the older partner can slow down and may not be able to keep up with you or with the lifestyle you had years ago. This also happens with couples when one person is ill or has developed different interests. Do you need to decide how you want to spend time? What is important to each of you regarding selecting what you do together and what you do on your own? Forgoing events or activities may or may not work for your self-esteem or for the relationship. If you were avid badminton partners and can no longer play, does it make sense for both of you to drop the rackets?

I think if this kind of situation arises one needs to develop new kinds of hobbies and interests as one partner cannot keep company with the other partner. One should keep enjoying or rather keep indulging in the hobbies, which one likes and can be indulged into without the company of the other partner. One needs to keep himself/herself involved so as not to get the feeling of boredom or depression when one reaches at older age.
