Dear friends, I am moving! Today, I have finally made up my mind, to get up an go, and move to Peru. I have made this sort of thing before, decided and then moved away, so I know I can do it. Last time it was just 500 km away not thousands of miles across the world, but still I can and will definitely do it :D It feels so crazy, I've just decided today, I can't believe I'm actually doing it, but I WILL be doing it, before 2010 is over, possibly even sooner, much sooner :D Why Peru? Well, various personal reasons, first and foremost of which being that DMT is legal there, in the form of Ayahuasca, and there are several churches there that use it regularly. Having tested it once, and being already 100% sold on hallucinogens, I don't want to sound like a complete addict, but my life here is done, nothing of interest left to see here, and new adventures await on the other end of the world! We're only young once, and so we must act swiftly, with full speed ahead :D And here's the constructive part, which you can help with, if you'd like: What will I do there for a living ? My best idea so far is - Teaching English. My English is exquisitely good for a non-native speaker, I've had about 3 jobs that used it heavily, with native speakers, and so I could probably make equal use of it in Peru, as I do here. Only in Peru, it will be much more fun :D But teaching programs require a bunch of certifications and trainings and other stuff that costs in the thousands of dollars, which I don't currently have. And here's where you come in with some very vital information. I don't need a teaching job in Peru, I just need ANY sort of job that will involve my English, or possibly German. I speak German as well, and Romanian too, since it's my native language :D Back here in Romania, I now hold a HelpDesk job, so anything of that same nature would be really really easy to start over there in Latin America as well. Do you know of such jobs? Is it easy to get an ok job (decent living) in Lima or Cuzco, if you speak English fluently and have a college degree? Are you from Peru? Can we exchange some messages, just to get the ball rolling on this project? Please help me move to that awesome land of yours :) Oh and btw Spanish is no problem. I don't speak it yet, but I am now heavily downloading everything I need, and will be at basic level in a week or two, and good enough to get around, in a month or 2. Spanish is a LOT like Romanian, both Latin languages, and I've learned other languages before, so I know how it's done. Training and movies and mp3's will do the rest. So if you can, if you have the info, if you can get the info (anything that's not on Google) please share and I will be unbelievably grateful forever - hellcord, on the move
