if you use some natural method of healing like Reiki or Yoga, you will be able to get rid of allergies. with natural methods of healing your immune system becomes strong enough to fight against any type of allergy. Secondly learn to change your mind. probably it has become your belief that eating chicken causes you to have allergies. once you change your belief, you will see the difference.

This sounds like a very good suggestion. I probably need to try this, myself. Kathy.

I'm 57 years old and I've had allergies since I was a child. I don't think there is any way to make them disappear. They do get better as time goes on, though. Sometimes people outgrow their allergies, in other words. Reckon it would help to take an antihistamine before you eat chicken? It's just a suggestion. I eat chicken a lot, myself, but I've never had any allergic reactions to it. I know it's aggravating, especially if your scalp and nose gets itchy. My nose runs whenever I eat Mexican food. Kathy.
