i wanna ask if how often do you go swimming in a month?? in a year nor in a week?? lol! :)

4x a month, this is just only weekend. Why did you ask that? Any further explanation?

I don't go enough even though we have 2 pools here. I'm gonna go more this year. I lost some weight and i don't look to bad now. Ha Ha, at least that's what I think.

I swim everyday unless I go out or have anything more important. Swimming is something you must do regularly. It makes you stronger and increases the stamina and energy in you! I love swimming! Cheers!
