Tomorrow is my boyfriend's birthday. I have two presents for him, and am going to take him out to dinner the day after, but what else could I do to make it special? I'd like to do something that doesnt cost alot of money, but that he would like. Keep it clean. Anyone have any ideas?

You can give him a scrapbook that you personally prepare. Just collate all the photos that you and him had or a paper mosaic will also do. have it printed at a 8X8 size and just buy a frame that will fit in the photo.

sounds like a very good idea. I have gotten some great suggestions and will incorporate some of them.

Oh, good! Tomorrow is my husband's 48th birthday and since it falls on a monthend and he can't be away from the office he took this day off. And as a gift, i also am on leave today so he won't be spending this day alone at home. I got off from myLot and let him surf the net a while ago to listen to his favorite James Ingram music. I'll just have to search for the latest album later if there's one available in the stores and may as well give him that as another gift. We'll be going on a date later and dine in a fine Japanese resto then take a walk, have a nice cool breezy evening near the bay. Couldn't think of anything else that costs less than just spending time with him alone. I'll leave myLot for a day and give that time to him. I'm sure my husband would love the attention and your boyfriend would like that too!

Maybe a special home cooked meal or something on that order. That's all I can think of without really knowing him.

There are a lot of great ideas to do that don't cost much of course. Playing a game both of you like is a good idea, watching a movie that you both life maybe if you live close to the water/beach you could go for a nice walk along the beach as that is relaxing and a lot of fun. Not to sure what you guys like but there are a lot of ideas to do, just put on your thinking cap and you could come up with tons of ideas. My boyfriends birthday is in 19 days and i have nothing planned yet, but having his presents ready it all i have. I'm sure we will go out to dinner with his family and enjoy that, so that is fine.

It sounds like you have everything covered with two presents and a dinner out. I wouldn't think you would need any more. Maybe throw in a big birthday kiss and hug? That should be plenty for a special birthday!

Go for a walk in a park or something in your area like it. My husband and I had our first date by eating dinner and going to the RiverWalk we walked and talked for hours. We still go back now and then to walk and talk, we hold hands, cuddle on a bench and watch the water for awhile, play in the fountains, smooch and kinda act young and in love again instead of "old married folks" tee hee We have been together for 9 years and it still makes me feel fuzzy when I spend time with him on the River Walk. So if you have something scenic or walkable try that. Also instead of dinner make a picnic lunch and go sit by a lake in a park or something. Inexpensive and of so sweet. Tka e extra bread for the ducks!
