What do you think about Nikon D3X?

To me, it is a great digital camera where it has very high resolution low noise and good details throughout official ISO range, but too expensive for me. What do you think about it?

I think is the best camera from Nikon and I saw the test between this camera and Canon 1D I think so, but I'm not sure. The idea is that Nikon D3X is over Canon.
