Help me organize a freezer meal group!

First off, to see how much interest you will have in the idea I would hang up some flyers so that people interesting in joining in can contact you and you can begin a participant list. After that, outline some basic group rules such as "no boxed food" to be sure everyone is bringing the real deal. To keep from getting a ton of lasagna every time make people report before its time to exchange what they plan to make so that if you have more then one person preparing the same thing you can give the heads up that maybe everyone other then the first one who reported should choose something different for that week. A simple Yahoo Group is also a good way to keep the group organized and up to date. Best of luck!
