no, is not enaught, you must have a combination both, exericising and you must to have a good meal too. So...no sugar, no brad, no sweets, no forbidden fruits as bananas , and a lot of gym too. This is the "magic" formula. and a lot of patient. I can to say that i lose a lot of pounds just when i make a combination between food and gym.so...in the morning, 50 gr. chees, one egg, and a cofee withaut sugar, lunch fish, 250gr, 50 gr, chees,, and in the evening same as to lunch, and few hours in a week of gym, and you will be perfect.

Yes, it is possible to lose weight by increasing the amount of strenuous activity you do daily. Thing is, it'll take longer for you to reach your goal. You see, it all depends on what you're current eating habits are. If you're daily routine consists of eating a few bags of chips are a snack eat day, simply cutting back to doing that a few days out of the week will help to kick start your weight loss. I like to follow calorie intake when it comes to health. If you are gaining weight with your normal diet routine, and not exercising, the amount of exercise you begin to do will have some sort of effect. If you don't change your eating habits, it will either stunt your weight gain or cause you to gradually lose a few pounds over time. It depends on how much you do. regular exercise has a habit of raising the metabolism(almost as if on purpose). you'll eventually find yourself eating less anyway because your body doesn't need as much fuel to get you through the day as it used to.
