The future of PerformanceBux

I do not know how many PerformanceBux users there are here but I was wondering what people thought of their prospect for the future. PerformanceBux is a paid to click program that had been operating and paying since October of 2008. A couple of weeks ago, they started to have problems with paying through PayPal and Alertpay. The admin states that they ran into problem with some credit card chargebacks from December of last year. Currently, payments are on hold but admin still seems to be answering in the forum with plans for the future. Basic ideas floated by Admin include click requirements for standards for payment, etc... My experience with paid to click programs has been that scam sites go out within the first couple of months and those with bad business models die at around the 3-9 month range. Once a program gets past that time period they will probably work out o.k. I have hope for PerformanceBux but the odds are against them getting back on track. What does everyone else think?

I think they have turned into scam, I wish they don't scam cause I have already reached payout there, and waiting for a payment.
