how long do you sleep?

almost 2 weeks ago i was at our home in the province.
gumaca,quezon...that is were i was.
for 2 days of my stay, i was averaging 3 and a half hours of sleep.
i felt to bad,because i was only staying there for 2 days and 2 nights.
and then there were brownouts and blackouts for over 12 hours almost a day.
i was sweating like a pig,when i woke up at 3am.
and my head was aching...
i am fat,that's why i sweat a lot.
i only wish next time that i stay there it wo'nt happen again.
damn brownouts.

2 hours of sleep? Oh!! that is horrible. I sleep for 6-7 hours a night... if i sleep late, I will wake up late too so that I can have enough hours of sleep. LOL.. I did not remember that I sleep 2 hours in a night. Maybe the least is 4 hours.

3.5hours that's my average sleep in our province almost 2 weeks ago.
now i'm having 7 hours of comfortable sleep.

hi notsira, i felt too bad about your sleeping hours in your province. Anyways my hours of sleep usually ranges 7-8 hrs. And in order to maintain that, i must sleep late night. I don't know why because whenever i sleep early like 9-10 pm, usually i wake up 8-9 am in the morning. But when i sleep at 11-12 midnight, i wake up 7-8 am..Weird huh, hehehehe Have a nice day....
