Why sleep is so important for us and for our health? Moodiest , hallutinations, lapses in attention,are causses of less sleep. Everyoane s individual sleep need vary. Brain and nervious system are affected too. But even we know all this when we have problems, we lose our sleep. What you make when you lose your sleep? What can help you to can sleep and relax? Don t drink coffe in the evening, not cigarett, not alchool, make some exercises,...but what we can do if we have problems? Nothing work if we don t try to be quait and relax. So, the question is, you lose your sleep when you have a lot of problems?

Yes I do lose my sleep when Im tense,I get nightmares, headaches and so on. Until I wake up the next morning to figure out what I shoul do, I seldom drink to forget the problems but thisis not the only solution and I just return to find a reasonable solution.

Thank you for the bst response, recently I had been having lots of nightmares maybe because I am again very restless.

I am always lose my sleep in recent days,the most important factors is that one of my roommate have grunt every night loudly so that i can't sleep well.I really can't help sleeping that i will get up in the midnight,so the next day when i am working i feel sleepy very much,and i am not full of energy to devote my work.I really don't know how should i do in the following days.

to sleep in proper place, in quait, not noise, can help a lot, i cant sleep in noise place too

yah... paroblems do steal that most precious sleep and could give you restlessness and tiring face in the morning. why go to bed with problem? i have practiced to sleep even with problems because my policy is this. why worry with your problem? let problem worry you... and when he thinks that he will not outlive you, he will go away from you... lol

Yes, i tend to become sleepless when i have got so many problems.. just like now, i am worrying about my health.. i have been suffering from it for years and that's the main reason why i can't have a happy normal life.. i hate it, big time!
