New operandi of robbery. When you are in your car, if someone approach you for tissue paper whose face or hand with blood,do not wind down your window. they are robbers. Already 40 such cases happened in two states in my country. Just would like to post this so that everyone will not get rob ;)

really.it so bad!if it true people it so poor.i hate the operandi like that.your country is malaysia its near of my country.i hope it will not happend in my country.i hope police can handle them.so there is no more roberry in the world!thanks for the information.so we must be more careful!!!
