I have realized that to be a good teacher one must have an obvious love for what you are doing and must have an eagerness to share it. You must have the ability to encourage creative responses from your students whenever you asked questions from them. You make your lessons relevant beyond the academic world. You must be a demanding teacher who expect a lot from your students.
