Is it normal that I hate my superior?

I am a employee who is full of confidence . I always try my best doing my tasks and hope to obtain the appreciation from my superior . But the fact is adverse. I don't know why my superior always is not satisfactied with me . Whatever I express myself in his eyes I have always made some mistake . My superior is not welcomed among my colleagues some of us hate him because of him constant criticsim . You know everyone hope to be encouraged by his or her superior . I try to understand my superior but I failed .I have no idea that how I should get along with him in the coming days . So depressed !

It's like is it normal to hate your boss? So my answer is, yes, it is. You're not the only one, I bet million others do that too. But, that's our job we're talking about and he/she is a person above us. Whether we hate or like or whatever, we still need to face it. Just continue doing your work. Just think that you're working for your pocket, he can critic you all he wants~~~

I remeber during my working for him I have seen my superior praise for anyone . He would like to critic everyone if possible .Everytime we talk about this all complain it for his attitude . I think it is not correct for a superior who should critic with praise . I have to hesite if he has mental illness . so crazy so unreasonalbe . So boring !But forget all . I earn my salary for myself not for him/

haha, he doesn't has mental illness. He has psychology problem. I have a ex-superior who is like that. Criticizing all the time while she knows nothing. And all problems arise are due to others not herself. So what I do is simply do my jobs, pass them back to her, amended and passed them back to her, amended and tell her don't be stupid, the way she wanted didn't work!! Or the other way was whatever she asked, my answer was "Oh, is it? I am not sure."

dont be sad about it; youre not the only one who hate your superior, i also hate mine. we all know that we cant pleased all people but you cant do anything about it so just go on with the flow as long as you are doing your job right then go on, its just a work dont let him hold you in his hands! thats already stupidity. got a life! happy mylotting!

To be honest in my eyes my superior is not able to control everything . He always blame somebody for tinny things. It is not necessary for hime to summon us for some unnecssary matters . So I don't admire hime ,too. The meeting that make us wast time is his favorite doing . The meeting is often boring and so horrible . During meeting my superior would like to catch someone's shorcomings as an example. I don't like his performance .

Some people is difficult to be pleased and you don't have to please your superior particularly. If I was you, I will simply ignore him if there is no way to be friends. It's just that your and him are not on the same channel. As long as you've done what you have to do for your job, you have fulfilled you responsibility. If your superior's criticisms are truth. Then you try to improve by amending them. If not? Tell him to go to hell.
