Dealing with pains of life

I just came from a prayer meeting tonight. The pastor's message is found on Psalm chapter 42. This is about King David's complete transparency to God in the light of the pains and struggles he was experiencing. David is completely honest to God in presenting his sentiments and complaints. He did not hesitate to question God for His dealings in King David's life. The Pastor urged us to do likewise. We should never hide from God our real sentiments brought by the pains we have experienced in life. We can ask God questions and present to him our real feelings due to the pains of life we have encountered. According to him it is better to release the sentiments rather than hide it. How about you ? Do you also question God for His dealings in your life ? Do you also express your sentiments to HIm ?

I question God a lot. I ask HIM why is this happening, did I not do enough? Am I that bad a person that I cannot get pregnant? Do I have the seed of a sociopath or psychopath in me so that because I gave my child up for adoption, I will read that she actually went on a killing spree in spite of her loving adoptive family?" If I can taking care of my husband, why did not God give me a brilliant mind so I could be good at math and science. I could have done better if I were a nurse." Oh these are some of the questions I ask.

I do pray regulaly and give thanks. I also pray for specific things as well as wolrd wide events. I talk to God and pray everyday. God knows every desire in our hearts and hears every prayer. He also knows every detail of what is going on.
