Different reecipes will provide different result, but overall some recipe success depend on a specific ingredient and action. If one want their cake moister study shows that before adding the baking soda to your cake mix it with vinegar and it will make it moist. I dont know if it works, but I am going to try it.

hi willy 6, my dear itsa nice and an easy tip that you have shared with all of us but you not told the quantity of vinegar that has to be added in it . wont it gives a sour taste or something like that and if the quantity is not known then for bet , i will spil my cake, i am very bad in it. i can make only when i know the exact quantity of the things that has to be added to my cake. i have baked cake but all studied welll their proportiions and all that. otherwise i will spoil them. i am not an expert in it. i have baked cookies and of various flavours, major wheat mixed with flavours and all dry fruits also sometimes . i love to bake.
