Medical guidance for my Dog

I have a dog named Misha, who is a cocker spaniel, and she is suffering from a mild case of facial paralysis. Her left side of the face doesn't work as normally as it should. Cause she drools a lot from the left side and also that she cant blink her left eyelid. We did put her on steroids and vitamins, to improve her condition. She has improved to a certain extent, but would love to hear if any of you could advise me on how to cure her completely.
