Is your incentive a low hanging carrot fot you? Do you get your incentives easily ? Does your HR play tricks and changes the policies here and there to save the company's cost. In my Organization, we were to receive incentives by November, but due to some or the other reasons. I have given up on my incentives now. :( How is the structure in your company ? Do you get incentives timely?
