Anybody going to the 12:01 showing of Wolverine tonight. I am. I am not a crazy X-men fan but I am suddenly single so I am able to do crazy things like go to the movies at midnight. So I am going. Plus I have insomnia, so this is rare opportunity to do something besides watching bad TV at night. And of course there is the fact that Hugh Jackman (my favorite actor) is in the film. Are you going, and why are you going.

Hi Aurone I'm so jealous I would go and see it if they did have a 12.01 showing over here but alais not. But on the upside I do have my tickets for Saturday night Can't wait to see it. I have been looking forward to this one for a while. I even held back and did not even view the leaked version as not to ruin the experience

There were actually several theaters here with a midnight showing. Sounds like you are all ready to go. I didn't look at the leaked version either. I want to get the full experience when I go to the theater.

Yes ready and waiting to go. I did not want to see some version without all the special effects and music, that is what will make or break the movie

I have never heard of cinema shows at midnight o.o That's something new. I don't think we have that in the Philippines. Last full shows usually start at 10pm or 11pm :) I did watch X-Men and although Hugh Jackman was hot (as always), the movie itself wasn't "fantastic". They failed in the most basic special effects of the movie: Wolverine's claws. Over all, it was an OK movie and... I think half of the movie goers came to see Hugh Jackman take his shirt off and not really to see Wolverine :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Sometimes they have midnight showings in the US if its a highly anticipated movie. That way its technically on the first day of release but you get to see it first. It only happens with really big movies like Wolverine or like the Star Wars films. And I agree, it wasn't a really great film but it was good and Hugh Jackman was indeed hot.

Actually, I am really glad you made this post cuz I completely forgot it came out tonight. It looks like it should be a really good movie but I don't know that it will be better than the others. I am definitely planning on doing that tonight now.

I am so excited for tonight. My husband left it up to me to decide on if we were going to go to the midnight showing. I told him that I was too tired and burnt out from a long day at work and that we should just wait for a few weeks. I could tell that he was pretty bummed out but he took it with a smile and said ok, that works. SECRETLY: I HAVE THE TICKETS! I went and bought them this evening and he doesn't even know! I'm so excited to have a date night!! ENJOY THE MOVIE!!
