dou you often break some promises?

i have really lots of stuff in mind and usually forget some things later. there were some promises i made with my kid. when few weeks came by, i forgot those deal and made my kid sad. that's when the time i hate myself for doing that. oftentimes people continue to make promises, but they are broken every day. do you have this kind of problem too?

i have the same problem. i always make them where in fact i always broke those promises. and its annoying,.really. im hoping to set all those promises to atleast make it happen. but how? i always keep on forgetting it and sometimes it makes me mad about myself for doing so.

yeah friend that's true.next time i'll make it sure that the promise is feasible enough for me to implement and plan in advance. forgetting things is my problem too and i felt sick and disgusted every time that happens.it seems that i'd like to hit myself.

I also end up like this. Sometimes I promise because I thought he idea or plan was very feasible but something turns up wherein you have no choice but to cancel that idea. That is why I don't make solid promises anymore especially if the date is still very far away to avoid frustrations and feelings of being upset.

i try really hard not to break promises but it cant be helped sometimes so i limit myself to promises.iM like you i feel so bad if i break a promise.it is so easy to tell someone i promise to do this or that but then things happen in life that stop you from fulfilling them then people tend not to trust you again later.

yes that's one the consequences that we need to face if promises are broken. im afraid too that people will lose their trust in me especially our immediate family and friends.

that's sad. i also realize that. i don't give promises that i can't make. i thinking of telling only things that are possible to do. friends and relatives sometimes call us a liar when we're not able to do what we've promised.

I admit to myself and to my family and friends that i am unforgetful person. It's hard for me to keep a promises, I always fails to commit into something. The only things that I tell to my friends that they should never be angry with me is to be patience with my lapses. But, they still love me and they remain adorable to me. I remind them every now and then, that I would not take a "yes and no" as my answers but I will act now if I like to do it and never trust my whatever comes out from my mouth.But, it doesn't mean that I cannot be trusted and the reasons because of poor memory or being busy that I become forgetful.

I usually don't break promises that I make to others, as I usually don't make promises easily. But I use to break most of the promises that I make to myself. But it depends. If it's related to some important matter, then I won't break it. But if it's regarding some usual thing, then I easily break it! My God! Help me keep promises!
