I don't know all the information about this book, but I think that many people used to burn their own writings to save their own lives. Ages ago, in Europe, for example, because of the Inquisition, many people were killed because they were considered as witches as wizards!! Otherwise, it is good to share knowledge, only when that knowledge is correct. You find people, even in modern days, that create a fake theory and publicize it as new discovery and they become famous for making others believe in it. Then, more often than not, other experts discover that they are just trying to make some extra money!!
