when i was still in college, i always went with my friends on a mountain climbing. i felt so physically exhausted but i know that it was a very good form of exercise. lots of sweat would come out in your skin, it's as if all the bad toxins come out of your body. and it would be a great achievement after reaching at the top of the mountain.

I have never tried mountain climbing before but I do think that it must be an amazing sport to do. I would love to be able to give it a go one day when I have the time and when I am able to afford it. I am sure that the feeling when you get to the top is a massive feeling of exhiliration and pride. I will be sure to give it a go someday soon!

i also love nature trekking, for me it's the most fun thing in world that i can do because i love nature, i love the smell of the fresh flowers and trees, the humming of birds and the fresh weather that you could only felt in a mountain. you should also try mountain climbing, it's the best. you'll gonna sweat the whole of your body.

Hello friend,
In my school they held a workshop once which had a session on mountain climbing and then descending. they actually picked up a boy who had volunteered and trained him within ten minutes and he came down from the second floor of our building with the help of ropes. It was thrilling. Unfortunately i did not get an opportunity after that.

The only mountain climbing activities i have done were during my college days. Those were organized as part of our annual tree planting programs where every student, teacher and faculty member participate. The memories still make me smile, trying so hard to climb every step up that mountaintop just to slid back down again because of those slippy slopes after the rain.
The experience was even made more exciting as i recall the muddy faces, hands and feet of everyone who did his/her best to make one contribution for the benefit of the next generation!
I just wonder about the seedlings i have planted in my time. I have planted each one carefully about nineteen to twenty four years ago now. I heard some part of that mountain range surrounding the campus have been destroyed by a landslide. That beautiful waterfall and the springs i used to frequent then have also dried up. I have graduated and left that college almost a quarter of a century ago and i hope that activity still goes on because we need the trees and we need to preserve mother nature.

it's so sad to hear your story of planting a lot of seedlings but then suddenly you've heard the news that the mountain in where you planted your trees have been landslide. maybe some of the trees that you've planted there are still growing, i hope so.

yeah tzaddi, it's a very good hobby, if you can try climbing on a mountain, then after reaching the peak of it. you will feel proud of yourself, and its very rewarding. especially when you climbed together with your good friends and have a camping overnight. oh, how i missed it so much

No, I never have! I don't want to, either! I can't help but think about Hank Williams, Jr. and what happened to him. In case you don't know who he is, he's a country music singer from my home state of Alabama. His daddy was the late, great Hank Williams, Sr. Anyway, Hank Jr. fell while mountain climbing one time up in Montana and it almost killed him. It took him a long time to recuperate from it and he lost sight in one of his eyes.

I sometimes go moutain climbing. But I don't do it very heavely.I do enjoy the the felling of coming to the summit .
However ,I don't regard it as a part of my lose weight project. I want to enjoy the whole process.Under that circumstances,I won't feel too much tired.

I'm also participating in mountain climbing when I was in school.
It's a pretty good sport since you are using everything in your body.
Besides, you also enjoy the great scenery that you see when you are doing the activity.
The feeling when you reach the top is really unbelievable.

It's been many years that I haven't climbed mountains. The mountains in my city is not high, I should call it hills.
I used to go to nearby cities to climb mountain. But normally return on the same day or stay for two days there.
Climbing mountains is good for our health, but it is carried out only occasionally.
If only I can climb it regularly, I mean if only I lived in a mountainous city !
