Lower your sugar intake

Hi to all , just a few words on our daily sugar intake , one should have a low sugar intake because if not this can cause you to become insulin resistant in the long run and also cause sugar diabetes , it is advisable to eat less refined foods as possible ,what is your opinion on this subject , greetings bignik

The use of cinnamon in capsule form balances blood sugar. Also sugar alternatives such as Stevia and Xylitol should be looked at.

Hi, bignik I am also trying to control my sugar intake. Good thing I do not like food that are too sweet. My coffee is also not sweet, my husband complains when he takes a sip lol! I also prefer whole wheat bread over white bread. Have a nice day!
