I am member but i didn't reach the payout till now because it is really difficult to reach the payout, you need to have more referrals for that one.

why you cannot reach the payout?? i am just confuse... and you have to reach the $25 before the payout?? it is too big??

I am a member I have reached payout twice. It is not a scam. Hits4pay send you paid emails to visit sites for about thirty seconds. They pay two cents per email. You will get more money if you have referrals that participate. I have alot of referrals that don't participate which is a waste. Happy myLotting!
