I know how to make omelets and i really like to take omelets daily but most of the time i take weekly four times and it contains more heat but having more vitamins, I have heard that it takes nearly 7 hours to digest so is it real one or not. How many of them do you take most of the time? Why summer times most of the people avoid omelets

eggs is eggs scrambled, fried, boiled or omelet - the only reason they might have more vitamins is if you put stuff in the omelet.

What kind of stuff do you put or mix to the Egg? have you ever observe it takes nearly 7 hours to digest?

On the contrary, I make more omelettes in summer than in winter. I like light food in summer and a veggie omelette (green beans, onion, gren onions, carrot) with a salad on the side will be enough to trim off those extra pounds while having a dish that is not so heavy. I prefer casseroles on winter. I never heard it takes so much to digest

I think it looks like your expert to make omelets in different vegetables so it is not easy for beginners and can you tell me what are the easy ways to make omelets my friend.

I was posting about omelettes and discovered I did not answer your comment. I beat two eggs with a fork and add salt, pepper and whatever I have at hand. The only thing I do is not to overdo with the other ingredients as eggs make the omelette stick together. I can either use veggies (raw or cooked) or rice, leftover pasta, sliced cooked or fried potatoes. I fry it with low heat and do a half tuer so tht half of the omelette lies over the other half. I donĀ“t like it overdooked but if you prefer it better cooked, put a lid over the skillet for a couple of minutes at the end. I hope this reaches you after so long.

Hello my friend Dasari100 Ji, So nice of you making response after two yrs. It is very much rematrkable. As I disclosed in my response, we are pure Vegetarian without even onions and garlics. There is no entry for such items. As such I do not know about Omelet. It is not at all difficult to overcome. A strong will will be simply instrumentyal to act firm, My hubby has been a defence personal throughout his service career, but he remained tea-totallar and non-smoker, even things were free to him at some places during his service. Just try to do what you decide. Thanks. May God bless You and have a great time.
