What happened to Roudy Cash?

What happened to Roudy Cash? I believe that in the past month, it's been experiencing some problem with Alert Pay. I can't remember the problem exactly .. but I think that was the reason why they were unable to pay members. Now my question is.. what happened to Roudy cash main website? :( Here is what it says when I try to visit the main site: "You don't have permission to access / on this server". Awww now what? I love that site :( Has it turned to a scam site? So far I have $3 there and haven't cashed it out yet. What a waste of time and effort..
