CVS: ExtraCare

I kept my receipts from my purchases at CVS. No ExtraCare Bucks were issued to me instantly via printed out with receipts. So I went online and checked my account. However, I am a little confused. It says this: "Total rewards and coupons available on your ExtraCare account is $0.00" Then it says: "Description Current Balance End Date Reward Details SPRING 2009 SPENDING $15.14 06/16/2009 2% of your Spring 2009 Spend will be issued on July 1st. Rewards are redeemable in-store and online." OK so I have contacted CVS about this and still haven't heard back from them. Does this mean that my reward will be sent to me or printed out at end of receipt come July 1st? Or does it mean that I should have gotten my ExtraCare Bucks already at the bottom of my receipts and just didn't somehow? Thanks for any help with this. I am very confused. Obviously.
