Help with blog!

Ok lotters i need a little help.I have started building a blog,but when i do a google search the site does not appear in the results.It may be a stupid question and i ask for your apologize,but should i do something or it depends from the visit that blog has?I want to earn some extra money and your help would be appreciated a LOT!!Thanks anyway!

Also link your blog to sites like Digg,Propeller,Delicious,Reddit,and Technorati.
Addme.com will link your blog to 20 search engines for free.
And, of course, promote your blog on social networking sites like mylot.

One thing I also recommend doing is using keywords in your blog post. Targeted keywords will help your blog appear too.
I use this website: http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/keyword-suggestion-tool.html
So if your blog is about making money selling on eBay, type in “ebay.” Then, you will see search phrases that people use to find information on eBay. You will see eBay tools, eBay toys, hot selling items on eBay, and so forth. Incorporate some of those phrases into your blog posts and it will help too.
