Regardless of race, colour or creed, corruption and destructive self-centereness and paranoia are endemic to the human race.

I'd agree with the other reply to your post. The question itself comes across as extremly racist. The area which I live in, while it is in the continental US, has a population that is roughly 90% foreign nationals; countries, colors, cultures from all over the planet. It is my life experience corruption and ugliness has no ethinic or color boundaries. There are good and bad from any group of people you want to single out.
