cashout in nomincashout

ehm i ask in other people's thread no one myloter can solve my problem.so i decide to make my own thread about it to.i know its so dummy question for you,but in here i really want to know how to cashout in nomincashout.i know now they were not able pay us 100%.but i want my earning in my PP although in a little amount.please share how to cashout???
