I love them. I'm in ESRD and can not eat bananas because they will cause my potassium to go up

Well... is there a limit? Six pieces is not a problem, but if you have an obsession towards bananas i really can't blame you. I usually eat one or two. And I do it after the meals for a good digestion. If I am hungry, i would eat maximum of four or five. And regarding the second question: Don't drink milk while eating banana. It won't give a pleasant experience. Regards, AJ

Hi yoyozhou, I also love eating banana. But i think too much banana can cause you constipation. You just observe how will affect you in eating 6 pcs. of banana in just one sitting. The most, I eat banana three times, after every meal. That's the maximum I take because I don't want to experience constipation. I can't think of ony other food that cannot be eaten with a banana.
