Why do ghosts/spirits make some weird noises&stuff?

They are not scared of you. And they are dealing with you directly. And they are not there to help you they are there to destroy everybody if they can,by different ways. Stay away from those Demons and Satan himself they can possess anybody that let them free access at there spirit.
