I can't enjoy the summer, the weather is always bad!

Sometimes it rains and sometimes it's windy, but for most of time it's really hot. I live inland so there is no beach for me, but swimming pools and we go out only after sunset. The sunshine is really burning us when summer comes.

Hi! Weather at our place is also very hot and dry. Hot winds blow during the day time and it is difficult to get out in the day time. Evening are bit cooler. However, one needs to put on his airconiditoner to make oneself comfortable. Summers are worse than winters, in winters atleat you can cover your body with clothes and go out, however, in summers, scroching heat makes you feel uncomfortable.

Yeah dorisday, it’s really annoying and disappointed as well that our set schedules couldn’t be carried out. It’s sad that we couldn’t manage to forecast the variety of weather earlier. There are heavy rains during these few days at my place as well. The shower would pour at anytime. We are not brave enough to have picnic at the beach. We are afraid that it may rain even when we are just on the way to head to our destination. We prefer to have outdoor activities at the nearby parks during rainy season. Here we have dry and wet season only. We could enjoy sunshine every day year in or year out. During hot dry season we usually would visit seaside or mountain resorts to escape from the scorching heat. Happy posting

We have had rain every day for the last 10 days and there is no end until at least Thursday. I woke up this morning and the sun was shining and I was so excited, but now I'm hearing it thunder in the background again. The sun is slipping behind overcast skies and the wind has picked up and the temperatures cooling off. The weather report I just heard said we were in for another round of thunderstorms this afternoon.

sorry your weather is not cooperating. our weather here has been nasty for days. gobs of rain, thunder, lightening, wind, u name it we have had it the last few days & i think it is suppose to keep it up for a few more days. think we are going to be mildewed. hope yours gets better. have a happy sunday.

Year,It may rain for more than one week.All around is wet ,wet,wet.We have to stay at dormitory .If the rainy day passed.The degree can readch 39 C.It is terrible,at night,I even cannot fall asleep ,many mosquito fly arround me .It is very very terrible.

I live in the midwest and the weather here has been crazy. Had to turn on the heat last night since it was back in the 40's again. We were at 80 degrees a week or so ago and it was beautiful. I did have the air conditioner for about 3 weeks. We don't care about opening windows at night. Never know when it's going to rain here without any warning. Am sure you will get to the beach eventually. It's May, it needs to be warm!

Where I live in the USA in the state of Kansas we have had so many days of rain here that I am thinking of building a large boat. Maybe call it an ark. I live close to the Medicine River (less than a half mile) in the Gyp Hills of Southwest or some say more in the Southcentral part of Kansas. our drought was broken and broken again and again. It has only sprinkled like 4 times today and no lightening, thunder or wind so it is not too bad. No beaches here.

It is what I should be complainning about, you live in a tropical city, you should be happy about it :-) It is the reason why it is summer and it rains because it is what happens in some tropical cities like where I live in Hong Kong. Currently, I'm at North America, the weather is really no fun, it is May already but it is always chilly and some days get very cold and windy, I hate that. Spring and winter are fighting, I need to be patient and wait for the nice and warm summer!

While alot of you are starting to enjoying warmer weather, i am starting to put one jumpers and sloppy joes to keep warm. It is getting colder where I am. It is coming into winter. So all those who don't like the heat, you could try and come to Australia for cooler weather.

Weird since it's raining hard in Arkansas too. Wish I could go the beach! Weather is a weird thing, and it always seems like it never works to your favor. Hope you and your family catch a beautiful day sometime!

the weather is very hot here in the morning and in the afternoon, but in the evening the temperature dips and the breeze from the sea is a big relief..

ya i think you right. the weather is too hot to enjoy. but still its god given so enjoy. even global warming is effecting it. every weather is extreame now a days. i dont have beach near my place. so i cant enjoy the sea. but still swimming pool is not so bad either. here the weather is too hot about 43 degrees centigrate. how about your place?

Summer and winter, which one do you like? I prefer summer. Watermelon is my favorite. Though it is so hot, but also help you to get up easier. Imagine in Winter, it's the most difficult to get up from warm quilt, but you have to, time is up.

I live in Scotland and we are just coming into summer here. Hopefully it is a great summer.

Perhaps it's a affect of global warming. Now anywhere around the world has a same problem. This should be totally our responsibility to recovering our earth. I hope we don't just blame the seasons or other else, but we can start from little thing around us to keep this earth good. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Ha, you think you have it bad ..... I live in Ireland, where its ALWAYS raining, ALWAYS cold and I havent seen a blue sky in about 4 weeks, its always covered in grey cloud. Its depressing I wana move.

the weather is also the same here in our place, but still you can enjoy the vacation by doing different activities aside from swimming there are so many alternatives. like scrap book making or looking at old photos and try to make big wall album, swimming can just give you sun burn.

I am an INDIAN and is really hot here in MAY, my kids has an off too , I am planning to go the some hill station next week hope the wheather will be nice their ..... u too enjoy
